You guys should read "Breath" by James Nestor. I highly recommend that book for people with respiratory and sleep issues. I've used a few techniques from him that truly work, especially the tape at night.

Next was something like voice Mister Pillarr milions are dying!

terrible fire/lava storm heading to city skyscraper burning .Next I saw police/emergency cars travelling down the hill .My mother trying to ask a person where is my father .MIA .Then terrible sight of dying people .One electrocuted to death on my eyes .Only I and brother survived this dream.Mother died in collapse of house.Second phase of dream was before it erupting ground was shaking ,we had go to evacuation car.Third phase was waking up in dream (so dream in the dream) .My family was alive but outside the window was erupting volcano

This is where I’m at. I want enough notice to pack my family up and head West on the peninsula, then make my way North to rendezvous with the rest of my blood family. Along the way I’ll be making some phone calls- to people I know- if the Fracture Zone shears off and splashes down. Warning them isn’t so much because I think they’ll listen and evac…it’s about clearing my conscience and not spending the rest of my life feeling guilt. I already struggle with “survivor’s guilt” when it comes to my younger sister who passed away…I don’t want any more. Not a good feeling- I want to live the rest of my life knowing I at least tried to sound a clear warning when the SHTF.

At least one side of our family takes this very seriously and tracks the crisis with me

The strongest so far earthquake, at magnitude 4.4, hit the island this afternoon at 3.33 p.m.

Sulfur dioxide emissions, another indicator of magma supply rate (as the gas is released from fresh magma early on), is very high, estimated in the order of 17,000 tons per day.

Aren't there beds that you can elevate the upper torso for the snoring perpetrator that fixes that issue?

My kids just got one of those beds that the top is split so that one person can sit up while the other is laying down. It was $6000!

To me it looks as though that video was "video-shopped" specifically to be posted here on GLP to fool a bunch of people.

Psaki was being asked about the container ships not moving, the ports being placed on 24/7 operation to get them unloaded, and the specific question was should Brandon/Biden declare a national emergency to get it done faster. The the La Palma video was poorly cut into and on top of the original feed/video of the press conference.

All fake in my opinion.
