People need to stop comparing Sweden to other countries, especially the US. It's a tiny country smaller than most of our states, with a population under 11 million, less than the general NYC area. They have been using a combination socialist capitalism system for decades now. Mostly it works because it's such a small country. Norway has a similar system. It's very simple, the rich pay more than the poor. Here we have to many loopholes for the ultra wealthy to get away with less than their fair share.

I've been to Norway and they are incredibly spoiled there. The quality of life they have is about as good as it gets.

The U.K. government has given Pfizer legal indemnity to protect the company from civil lawsuits that may arise from the new COVID-19 vaccine.

In addition to the legal indemnity, the U.K. also has added COVID-19 to the Vaccine Damage Payments Scheme, Health Europa reported.

This precautionary measure means in the event patients experience severe disability as a result of the COVID-19 vaccine, they will be able to receive financial assistance.

Of course they'll make it nearly impossible to qualify claiming your clots, cancer, etc. were caused by something else and not the mRNA.

Sad thing is though...it's not the Vaccine companies who pay the damages, it's us.

Since last year, Sweden has been one of the few countries - if not the only country - in the world that has handled Covid-19 and vaccines with a lot of common sense.

They're known for being a very politically liberal nation too. So logic and integrity coming from so-called progressives has been unexpected and a refreshing change.

The United States has had a vaccine injury program for many years. It was mainly due to children having their brains fried (autism) by the many vaccines ( with Squalane, Thimerosal etc.) they're forced to take.

Most people who get vaccines have no serious problems. Vaccines, like any medicines, can cause side effects, but most are very rare and very mild. Some health problems that follow vaccinations are not caused by vaccines.

In very rare cases, a vaccine can cause a serious problem, such as a severe allergic reaction.

In these instances, the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) may provide financial compensation to individuals who file a petition and are found to have been injured by a VICP-covered vaccine. Even in cases in which such a finding is not made, petitioners may receive compensation through a settlement.

How does the VICP work?

The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program is a no-fault alternative to the traditional legal system for resolving vaccine injury petitions.

It was created in the 1980s, after lawsuits against vaccine companies and health care providers threatened to cause vaccine shortages and reduce U.S. vaccination rates, which could have caused a resurgence of vaccine preventable diseases.

Any individual, of any age, who received a covered vaccine and believes he or she was injured as a result, can file a petition. Parents, legal guardians and legal representatives can file on behalf of children, disabled adults, and individuals who are deceased.

It was stated when the vax came out that the maximum payout would be 120k pounds. How far with that go if somebody's life is totally ruined. Not sure if it covers death by vax.

They aren't even acknowledging the vaxx injured in Canada. They get treated very badly by the doctors and are sent away with no help when they suffer from seizures and daily migraines.

The government has today decided on a bill that proposes a new law on state compensation for personal injury caused by an approved vaccine against the disease covid-19. The purpose of the law is to ensure that those who suffer damage caused by a vaccine against covid-19 shall receive compensation that is equivalent to other compensation that exists for drug injuries.

- Serious side effects of the vaccine against covid-19 are uncommon, but as an individual you should be sure that financial compensation is paid if damage occurs. With this bill, the state undertakes to pay compensation for damage due to an approved vaccine against covid-19, in cases where a vaccine is not covered by Läkemedelsförsäkringen or if Läkemedelsförsäkringar's money is not enough, says Minister of Social Affairs Lena Hallengren.

Svensk Läkemedelsförsäkring AB (Läkemedelsförsäkringen) tests whether injuries are caused by a drug and whether an injury is compensable. In December 2020, Läkemedelsförsäkringar's board decided to limit the insurance's liability for serial injuries caused by vaccines in the event of a pandemic. Serial injuries are those injuries that involve several people suffering the same type of injury. Serial damage from covid-19 vaccine is very rare.

Due to Läkemedelsförsäkringar's limitation, there is weaker protection against possible serial damage caused by vaccines against covid-19 than is the case for other drugs. The Government considers that there is therefore a need for the state to supplement the Pharmaceutical Insurance in this respect. There is also a need for the state to pay compensation for damage caused by vaccines that are not included in the Pharmaceutical Insurance. The purpose is that the compensation should be at the same level as that which can be given through the Pharmaceutical Insurance.

The new law is proposed to enter into force on 1 December 2021. The law will apply retroactively, ie it will also be applied to damage that occurred before the entry into force. To secure funds to pay such compensation, the Government proposes in the Budget Bill for 2022 that SEK 10 million be set aside for any personal injuries during vaccination against covid-19 that are not covered by, or are included in, the Pharmaceutical Insurance.
