Just felt it, near Griffith park, nice little jolt.

Few reports on twitter I’ve just seen. Pretty active ion the San Andreas fault today.

Rolling quake so I doubt it’s close to the Orange County line, but it continues longer than usual

Felt like an explosion shockwave

4.5 Carson, kinda small. It felt larger though

Dishes are like that. Huddle together in fear for no reason at all.

I also thought it was an explosion. House moved quite a bit. South Los Angeloss area.

Last year 2020 on sept 18 there was an earthquake in SoCal. This was the day of RBG supposed death on Rosh Hashana.

Almost one year later exactly there is another earthquake when some are celebrating Yom Kippur.

Born and raised in LA, definitely not new to earthquakes. This was a deep rolling quake and was a bit different from typical LA quakes

Unusual epicenter too, we’ll see in the next 24 hours if it was a foreshock.

We heard an explosion about 30 mins prior to the quake

My house was quaking and people were outside screaming.

My source is Carson and said they heard an explosion also...I'll have to ask if before the quake

Nothing on scanners of from LASD. I’ll post if I hear anything, I’m about 20 mins from Carson. The entire area is filled with refineries and underground pipelines reaching well into Los Angeles

Yep most definitely felt it here in Torrance. Almost felt I should dive under the table, but no swaying lamps, just the entire house shaking. Scary!
