Have you checked out VivaBarnesLaw? He has some tips. I don't think the employer can do the 20 questions thing.

This is not entirely accurate and this is the problem with the fact that they haven't disclosed all the ingredients through testing and manufacturing phases. First of all nobody should be forced to receive an injection without disclosure of all ingredients. More to the subject though, supposedly only J&J used fetal cell lines in the manufacturing of their product. However all the MRNA vaccines used fetal cell lines grown from aborted fetuses in the testing during research and development.

This fact alone should disqualify any practicing Catholic from participating in these products.

Forget their form. Throw it away and instead, send them this one (just edit the form to include the flu vaccine). It will get filed into HR and they will think twice before firing you.

I'm not God, I'm a man. No man is perfect so how is it you could expect me to be, God does not. Do you think God makes those he calls upon to do his work perfect? My imperfections don't matter, my service to God does.

You think He would appreciate it if you study and read His written word He left for you?

You are mentioning it after all when you bring up the book of Revelation. If you are going to bring it up, at least read/study it. Along with its sister book Daniel. And the other 64.

I know enough to follow the Way Jesus spoke of and lived. This is what God wants of us. What more knowledge do I need from the bible, I understand the 4 horsemen, I understand the 7 trumpets and see them happening now. I was called to help others see and follow the Way, by example and teach as best I can. I've never been big on busywork.

When I had to fill mine out, I just prayed---

and it all came out about what to say as if Jesus

was speaking it to me.

I know everyone will make fun of this, but it's cool!

I dont agree with the exemptions as I just refuse to do it.

Here is what I would say

1) I do not want this vaccine because it is differnt than the others, it "talks" to your DNA to create protiens. To me thats the job of god and his immune system, sure its fine to tickle them with already found viruses and much research but to program mrna to tell dna what to do really remind me of the time of LOT AND NOAH and how the DNA was corrupted during that time and how the lord god said that the end times would be just like the time of lot and noah so Iam going to avoid any VACCINE that affects MRNA, DNA now I know you are going to say it doesnt do this that or the other but my spirit feels like its getting a message straight from GOD saying do not take this vaccine. I just cant do it, now if you cant honor my beliefs then I guess you will have to fire me.

It doesn’t even have to be religious. It only has to be a sincere belief.

UPDATE: i sent out the form with a mix of suggestions here. Thank you all. I will keep you updated. I know they have not mandated the covid vaxx yet because i do live in a red state but they can and i do not want to take the flu shot anymore either. which is mandated now so only matter of time until covid clot shot is. Ive heard the flu shot can make you more vulnerable to covid, not sure if thats true or not. But i do know it took 2 years for my right shoulder to heal from the needle shoved in my joint and my injeciton site from last year still has pain. That enough may be good enough for medical exemption you think? Well ill let you know if they tell me pound sand or not.

UPDATE: I used a lot from this thread so i want to thank everyone who helped me. IT WORKED!! My religious exemption was ACCEPTED for the flu shot. I will have to resubmit another if they mandate covid vaccine but now im on record and i know they will accept it for covid as well. What a relief!! KEEEP FIGHTING!! DO NOT GIVE UP!! GOD IS ON YOUR SIDE!!! Here was my response to their questions which they accepted:
