Re: How do I cure autism/ADHD??
NO cure just you can only improve the symptoms. You need to start young too like at age two or three.

1) Hyperbaric chamber therapy HBOT is helpful. You will need a minimum of 40 session at an hour each time. It is off label and will cost you about $150 to $250 per session unless you buy your own chamber.

2) Buy Dr. Fife Book on Cure Autism Now. He advocates pushes a Keto type of diet, with no wheat or dairy, high fat high protein. Wheat is like a mild opium and dairy upset a lot of autistic children kids gut. Leaky gut can be a factor too. Naturally carbs/ sugar over excites kids with ADHD as well.

3) chelation therapy

4) MAXAM Nutraceutics sell nutritional support at the Mitochondrial functional support level- Anecdotal only.

5) water filtration (Berkie water filter or reverse Osmosis systems) to get a lot of the water purification chemicals out like BCP, prozec, fluoride chlorine.

6) Eat a lot of fatty fish and various barries, and eggs.

7) Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy is probably one of the best. If you can get your insurance to pay up to 40 hrs per week that will make a huge difference in how your kids relates to the world. Most states cover this up to age 10 and then reduce back to 20 hours until age 18.

8) other therapies include speech, OT/ PT

9) Brain Balancing uses technology to try and rewire the brain. I was broke by the time I got to this one.

I have pretty much paid the tuition cost of an ivy league school education for my child with autism. He made much more advances than he ever would in a regular public-school setting. About the time he started to recover is when all my services were getting cut for him. And, then I was struck at a borderline situation.

EITHER TO HAVE HM BE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR STATE AND FEDERAL SERVICES AND SSDI OR HAVE TO COMPETE. He was always going to need help I felt by age ten. So, I backed off on interventions so, that I knew he would qualify for services later, because he was borderline.

Anyways, he is a great kid still. He is neat and organized, tries hard, works hard, compliant mostly, plays the violin, drives, and is a wonderful human being.

However, I should warn you there seems to be a Type 1 diabetes and autism connection. Type 1 is also more common with homosexuals too for some strange reason. And type 1 there is also a connection to the mother having digestion debates herself or a child having STREPP.

Which will lead us back to PANDAS maybe being a cause for autism as well. A lot of children developing autism, do not tell you they have a sore throat or not feeling well. Because they tend to get STREPP and it never leaves their system. It takes heavy rounds of antibiotics and retesting frequently for the STREPP virus and then you have to deal with the flora destruction of the leaky gut.

Anyways itis what it is. You are going to have to literally teach your kids everything hand over hand and verbally modeling for them. Meaning you need to get them to pay attention and copy you for them to realize the connection.
So put your hand over their hand to put stuff up and put it away when it is time to clean up. Use picture cues in your environment. Pictures of what things are supposed to look like when the room is cleaned up and each picture of each self with how the toy are supposed to be arranged.

When you speak, you try to get them to repeat back what you just said and then give them the response to say as well. Make them look at you. Not necessarily the eyes but at least the forehead. Not the mouth as many do. They get confused as they can't reconciles between a laugh, cry, and angry growl all showing teeth and the sound that is made there is often a disconnect in their mind what it means. So, you have to teach them facial expressions and that that means. So, play games with your kid copying each other expression and asking them what it means when that face it made.
Do not let them perseverate on spinning objects. Get down on the floor and play with them and talking for the objects as well when you pretend play. Even watching your tube videos of kids doing this is helpful. Thomas the Train Engine videos is perfect at this and has good moral stories to boot.

Potty training is going to be hard. So, buy a doll that pee's and potty. Do not let your kid see it, but put peanut butter on the babies' bum, so they can practice wiping it off. Many have sensory issues and don't want to wipe their own butts. So, you will probably have to go hand over hand to practice this for a while. This way you can have potty talks and practice in a clean way and all about how it relates to them using the potty and the baby using the potty.
Anyways make up songs and try to have fun. Your kids will learn faster and be more compliant if they know their parent is happy and approves of them. A depressed face will always stunt your kid's psychological growth and socialization skills. So, when you are interacting with your kid be sure to have a happy expression and play it up, like you are a Disney cast character.

That is the best advice I have for you. Also remember all autistic people with the only common issue being they have a communication disorder. So do not believe that all autistic people do not want hugs or are not affectionate. Many are.

This is incredible info. Thank so much for sharing.

If you feel like it, you should make a thread with this info in it for any parents that may need help. That would be awesome. Thanks again!

Try the drug suramin. It is used for African sleeping sickness, but while watching multiple videos of whistle blowers about covid this drug was talked about by a lady who said even 1 dose helps with autism.

Worth a try.

ADHD is not autism. ADHD is horseshit made up by the quack profession psychiatry to get our young boys on psychotropic drugs in their early ages.

If it is not scrapped maybe you can find the video of the man who invented the term ADHD and see what he had to say before he died.

Depends on the kid. Again, you could be trading one illness for another worse on in the future. Like severe Bi-polar disorder, weight gain, heart issues. It is best to go natural. However, it takes a lot of preparation and learning as you go on your part. Get an ABA therapist if you need too and a nutritionist that specializes.

I use to have a runner that would melt down for hours if a toy was missing. And it was a daily occurrence. He still has his obsessional moments and don't come near him if he is angry. But it gets further and further apart each time. I usually find back sliding behavior and a meltdown leads to a behavioral jump in growth and maturity. So, although bad sometimes, it really means they are progressing. And, it should get farther and father apart if they are progressing. If you are stuck that is another thing. So, learn some ABA charting techniques, so you don't get discouraged.

Also, don't be afraid to make the schools work for you. If you can leave work to parent and home school your kid for awhile. You might be able to get an ABA therapist to come to your home and work with your kid too, while you home school together in teaching your kid how to communicate more effectively, be more self-sufficient and learn in school.

Finally, don't forget to start signing up for all the government services and supports you can get. The waiting list is long, and you have to stay on top of it constantly if you get any communications. Because the government will drop you to the end of the list if you are not prompt. The government can take all the time it wants. Anyways, you are a lot more lucky. When my kid got diagnose Obama care came in and everything was cut and gutted in services. So, I hope everything is rectified now. Good luck.

all of the dietary advice is probably the foundation .
Cilantro and turmeric good for heavy metals btw .

inused to have very bad ADHD .
I recommend learning an instrument, and making a lot of music time ( this helps with emotive therapy and development ) , and a game to help learning focus and learning how to be studious . Chess worked for me initially .
anything that is at least a high skill game ( poker ) personally I would start with a pure game ; that being said the largest attribute it should posses is the ability to hold your interest .
The reason chess or something popular could be good however , is that there are social clubs that are attached with the pastime , so you can also work on socializing considerations .
You might try learning. A martial art . Or yoga . Something that engages your body and mind , and offers meditation practice .

So get a hobby that engages your brain , that you really enjoy , that allows you to hang with people .
Get a physical pastime , that also can be social .
And of course the dietary advice . Someone said omega 3s ..yes proteins to help heal your brain ... all of it run the naturalistic gambit with nutrients ..it can only help .

I will think on it some more

It's not a disease, there's nothing to cure.

You are simply neurodivergent.

Don't listen to the haters, accept yourself as you are and don't internalize their hate (although seems to be too late for that unfortunately)

It’s real. Dr Walsh says he’s treated 6,000 autistics. He says the vast majority have a dna defect called undermethylation. They have a different brain structure, biochemical abnormalities such as low zinc, selenium, magnesium and vitamin a combined with copper toxicity (birth control pills + vegetarian 3rd worlder diet), digestive issues and skull size difference (big head). It’s definitely a syndrome with definable and treatable symptoms. He says just removing toxic metals like mercury doesn’t make a huge difference. Latest treatments are things like hyperbaric oxygen therapy and metallothionein therapy. He recommends zinc, vit c, e, alpha lipoid acid, and selenium. You can try Resveratrol, also.

Eat meat. Carnivores reported improvement in symptoms on reddit.

Don’t eat fatty fish till you get some lab results. If you have Pyrrole disorder this could make you worse.

Bruce fife is a lightweight goon who promoted coconut oil as the cure for everything. Dr William Walsh is an expert and his protocols are premier treatment plans based on thousands of cases and a lot of research.

Behavior therapy is useless without correcting brain chemistry.
