They probably can show that those non-jabbed people cost them MORE in health costs than the jabbed people do so they are on solid legal ground with charging them MORE ... as long as the unvaccinated person is ON THE COMPANY'S INSURANCE PLAN. Not so clear if the non jabbed person is NOT on the Company's Insurance Plan

On Wednesday a letter went out to Gov. John Bel Edwards and Louisiana Department of Health Secretary Dr. Courtney Phillips from ten GOP state legislators informing them that legally they cannot mandate that anyone take a COVID vaccine.

The long and short of the statement is that the vaccines available in Louisiana are all offered under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) and not full FDA approval. There are some differences between the two, one of which is that, the legislators argue, it’s illegal to mandate the use of a drug which is under an EUA.

Further proof that the MSM lied to the people, telling them the Pfizer mRNA jab was fully approved (not EUA).

The FDA gave full approval to Pfizer's Comirnaty mRNA jab, which isn't available anywhere, not the EUA version that is available in the United States.


The verbiage from THE ACTUAL FDA BIOLOGICS AUTHORIZATION, not the FDA marketing letter, not 3rd party websites that are ignorant of the facts, is clear...

That verbiage states clearly "the products are legally distinct from one another".

If you're not familiar with the law or legalese, what that means is that if you get messed up from the EUA version (the only version thus far being given in the USA) you can not sue for damages. When Comirnaty is released, if you take it and you get messed up, you can sue for damages.

Yes, they claim they are similar, the exact wording is "with certain differences that do not impact safety or
effectiveness", but that's complete bullshit. Pfizer has changed the patent formulations 5 times over the last 8 months. The two products are NOT the same, but of course the exact differences will remain a mystery under the veil of "intellectual property secrets".

Yes, this is driven by the insurance and who is covered under such insurance, but still not validated legally. If this is happening at work just imagine how personal insurance policies will spike.

No it is not legal to change premiums or charge differently based upon a preexisting condition.

ACA Affordable Care Act law.

They have a strong case in court against the hospital system.

They can't fire them for not getting jabbed not enough staff.

Seriously, not sure how many of you pay self insurance (I do and it's already outrageous), but if this group can get by with added premiums, I'm sure the rest will follow.
You'll have to show that whomever you have insured is vaccinated or pay even more.

I'll be damned if EVERYTHING about COVID isn't about making money through fear and intimidation.

I swear, the Elites must be setting up a new revenue stream. Endless health mandates, bullshit vaccines, and bullshit fines.

This is all about profit, they could care less about your health.
