Starting May 2023, identification requirements at TSA will also be changing. A standard ID, like a driver's license, won't work anymore.

This has been known... For a while.

Minnesota hasn't been entirely sure how to implement this procedure and have continuously moved the deadline requirement of this ID twice already.

Most states have been in the same limbo. Feds have been granting extensions until the populous fell back asleep and forgot a national ID is literally the law of the land.

The "real id" law has been on the books since 2005!

They are in no hurry to make the million of fake driver licenses in the hands of illegals obsolete.

They keep moving the deadline due to noncompliance.

DO NOT COMPLY and they won't be able to implement it... ever!

how about a scannable chip implant on the forehead or right hand? The scanned chip will have your entire life history from databases including all internet usage.

Most states have already implemented “real Id” look at your drivers license.

We now need a license to leave the country!

With this rule and current logic, black people will never fly again.

10-15 years ago most us knew the government was evil but they still had a "mask" on.

Now the mask is off and it's pretty damn scary when you think about it.

US Passport works fine for this. Mine expires in 2025, so they can't make me take a lethal injection until then, assuming I want to travel.

You need to CONSENT to the "real ID" and provide extra proof you are who you say you are when you renew your license.

I have opted not to accept it at least twice now.

I am all for this. The Texas drivers license is already compliant.

Here, a REAL ID compliant drivers license is marked with a circle with an inset star
located in the upper right corner of the card.

If it takes a little more proof to assure your identity, particularly if you want to vote,
access government services, travel on commercial aircraft, so be it.

Already can't enter a Federal Building in my State without that fuckin ID.

In the beautiful state of California in order to get the REAL ID, they ask for:

1. Certified Birth Cert. or Passport
2. 2 other items on a long list
(I used my tax return front page and my car's registration document)

Went online to sign up for REAL ID
Uploaded scans of the docs to pre-approve having correct items.
Made an appointment
Went to the appt. with the original docs
Waited in line for about 15 minutes until called
they checked the docs, took a picture and
DONE!

10 days later I received a new REAL ID.

Pretty normal...

I did however, have to swear an oath to satan, got vaxxed, and got the usual 666 tattoo on my forhead and a chip inserted in to my right hand... (jk)

They will not refuse your entry if you're called for jury duty.
