Bell's Palsy is a virus. Even without a vaccine, it can occur.

Get to a doctor or ER immediately....they will give you the anti-viral med, Valtrex. Same treatment as with Shingles....get Valtrex immediately and take these vitamins.

Vitamins:

* L-Lysine 500mg 2x/day (on an empty stomach...do not take with milk)

* B-12, 1000 mcg, sublingual (under the tongue) 2x/day

* Vitamin C (Ester C) with Bioflavonoids, 500-1000 mg 2x/day taken with the L-Lysine

* 10,000mg Beta Carotene

* Zinc Picolinate 25mg/day

* Vitamin D3 2000mg

I have a routine physical today at a well known university hospital.

I KNOW I will be asked if I had the flu vaccine, pneumonia vaccine and the COVID vaccine. My cardiologist never asks, but the "primary" physicians always do!
