Quoting: Ferinha Nenem What I mean by that is that a house that costs 500k could cost 50k if the currency still held its value, but with hyperinflation it costs 1 million dollars. Americans don't realize that the easiest way to conquer America is by buying it. Arabs and Chinese will buy all your houses and businesses and kick you out in the street, while taking your jobs. It will be like Germany before World War II. Germans were homeless, and foreign strangers were living in their houses. Deuteronomy 28 |

If everything is about to collapse, I'd be willing to bet they are prepared for it. These people didn't get where they are by being stupid and unprepared. I will say tho, it will be interesting to see how they do handle MILLIONS of red pilled Americans if the worst happens. |

The posters HERE who constantly tell everyone "nothing will happen." Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79343665 They're the ones who never prepare, never have cash on hand, keep reserves in food or water or medicines. They're the ones who wait 'til the last minute when a hurricane is coming before they even gas up their cars to evacuate. They have no plans, no preparation for anything and deny reality until it comes up and bites them in the butt. The collapse will hit them hardest . . . and I won't shed a tear! |

I have a 2016 off road premium with 46000 miles on it. Just put new KO2 tires and brakes and rotors. I owe $4,567 on it. In 2016 it had a msrp of $44000, I paid $40,200 for it. As of today it’s average KBB is $34,600. That resale is incredible. Now, the 4Runner along with Avalon, Sequioa, Tundra are all 250,000 vehicles. |

There was no hyperinflation to offset the losses in real value. People were also largely in variable rate mortgages that were over-sold by banks to those with sub-standard credit. That's not where we are at now. The real risk (as you say) is in a full collapse where ALL income is lost, but I think we will be more likely to see inflated wages that still don't keep up with inflated prices. That's why anything you can lock in now is more advisable than rent, which is going to EXPLODE. |

Then people realized the cars they wanted to get rid of were worth more so they did. Now you talk about “all these people” out of work? Who are they. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80128169 is there a link? cuz ive never heard of it All you have to do is call your loan holder and state you are having problems paying due to covid. They then give you 6 months of no payments. That amount is then extended in the end of the loan. I did that on my 4 runner and purchased Prep items . I also did that on my mortgage. I now have most supplies needed to survive and owe 1 year more interest free |

Wouldnt it be a better idea to get things NOW like used cars because prices for everything will continue to go up and the dollar will continue to be devalued. If/when it does collapse then your money is going to be basically worthless or am I missing something? He assumes that this collapse will be like 2008 where we continue to use the dollar and it will continue being the world reserve currency but I dont think that'll be the case this time around because the whole point of the next collapse is to bring in a DIFFERENT system. |

User ID: 78686355 10/24/2021 10:40 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It is not the cost of things as much as the tax on things ongoing. I'm relatively wealthy and I could not afford nor do I want a 500k home. It's the taxes and continual maintenance, which involves people constantly coming and going. You're technically supposed to be worth 10-20 times the worth of your residence. Younger people don't live that way they want it all now. If you are wondering where people are getting all this money from, the answer is doing online middle man transactions via google and amazon and other platforms. Anyone can do it, it just takes a little time. I set up a separate bank account for online transactions a long time ago when I did a ticket sale. It was the easiest cash I ever earned, hundreds in just a few minutes. Anyone can do it, just buy hot tickets day of sale, then resell them at a much higher price. So easy. You can do the same with hundreds of other things. And now people are so rich and lazy they don't shop online themselves, they have an online concierge. There are lots of hustles if you want extra cash. Not to mention ordinary jobs like childcare pay very high now, 25 an hour and up. Tomfoolery |
