It’s pretty clear there was Negligence, and Alec Baldwin, should not have just taken the word of the crew member that it was a cold gun, should have double checked it himself.

I'm not buying the negligence theory for one second. Either Alec Baldwin is a murderer, or he's so god damn stupid about guns that someone set him up with a loaded gun.

And I don't think Alec Baldwin is that stupid. Kinda narrows it down to one option, doesn't it?
