I have a friend in the Police. Who has been looked over 3 times for promotion to Inspector. Despite being more than qualified.

They call it positive discrimination, recruiting the less qualified ethnic minority applicant.

Their excuse is ethnic minorities and people of different sexual orientations are under represented in the Police Force.

reality is it is full on racism, and discrimination. But is acceptable because it only discriminates against Whites.

We have to fight back and there may be pain but what is the alternative. It has gone too far already. Resistance will be worth in in the end. Freedom is not free it has to be fought for.
