Nice! My goto is from my Grandmother's kitchen, "The Woman's Home Companion Cook Book" (1942/46) As it turns out, it's one of "the ones people want" now, so I got lucky! It's even got her scribbled notes, adjustments, etc  That was my late mother’s cookbook. Was falling apart, but I used a book repair kit on it. Still have it. I can heartily recommend the stuffing recipe for turkey, as well as the Shrimp Creole recipe.
