Top Putin henchman calls generals a 'bunch of clowns' after troops told to shave

One of Vladimir Putin’s top henchmen has dismissed Russia’s military top brass as a ‘bunch of clowns’ over an order that soldiers cut their hair and shave.

Yevgeny Prigozhin, head of the Wagner Group of mercenaries, openly mocked Valery Gerasimov, the commander-in-chief in whose name the edict was passed down, and claimed his 50,000 troops – mostly scruffy ex-convicts deployed in mismatched fatigues – have outfought the army.

It also drew the scorn of Chechnya’s brutal leader Ramzan Kadyrov, who said on his T_legram channel: ‘I can only imagine the sense of astonishment among our fighters, who didn’t know about such a dangerous enemy in their ranks as facial hair.

‘Drop your machine guns, let’s go and shave.’

Russia made the mistake of scaring Western countries and NATO should make an important strategic move at this point, and that's what they are doing. they could make a few more strategic moves, so far they are only making this one. Ukraine didn't make any strategic moves before the war and that's why it's paying the price now.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi inherited $1 million from a Ukrainian American, Gregory Stepanets, and donated the money to the Ukrainian military, the New York Times reported on Jan. 24.

The Ukrainian military’s press service confirmed the donation to the New York Times and the Ukrainian media outlet Ukrainska Pravda.
