Look, I'm not opposed to felony murder for the father and son. As I said before, the guy with the camera may have committed a felony but there was no direct line to my understanding with the murder. He should have been found guilty of a felony but not felony murder, and if that wasn't on the table then he should have been acquitted. And like I said, I think malice murder for any of them is utter horseshit. The malice was in having the gun taken from him.

Probably convicted because they are ugly and one of them is ginger.
