Ex-Glynn County District Attorney Jackie Johnson turned herself in to the Glynn County Sheriff's office Wednesday morning, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, after a grand jury returned an indictment on counts of obstruction and violations of oath by a public officer last week. Johnson was released from the Glynn County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond, the paper reports. State prosecutors alleged that she used her position to delay arrests of the White men who chased and killed the 25-year-old Arbery.

Still, Arbery's parents and their attorneys have long accused the ex-district attorney of trying to help the young man's killers avoid prosecution.

"Yesterday was a very huge win," Wanda Cooper Jones, Arbery's mother, told reporters last week after the indictment was announced. "I'm speechless. Unfortunately, Ahmaud is not here with us today. But losing Ahmaud, it will change some things here in the state of Georgia."

Her bond should have been 3x theirs as an example nationwide.

This case just shows that the rule of law is dead for white people. Non-whites are given above the law status and free reign to pillage and plunder and if whites try to stop them they are put in prison. I was not there and dont know the facts.
I have experienced corruption by prosecutors and feel they take advantage and abuse legal process by abusing the letter of the law instead of the spirit of the law to justify a paycheck for the mafiq.

They obviously broke laws. Murder was one of them.

If you read the link you will see that they didn’t break the law. Only after the media got a hold of the video did the globalists force the courts to find them guilty of harming a protected class for which there is no lawful excuse anymore. A jury found them all guilty. The evidence had to be overwhelming or they would of walked.

All one of the three guys did was run out of his home, get in a vehicle, and record what was going on with his cell phone. Why was he charged with murder like the other two?

I can understand that law when it is a group of people going out and intending to commit a crime. Like bank robbers for instance. If two run into a bank and a teller is killed, I see nothing wrong with charging the two men and also the getaway driver with murder, because he was part of the crime plan even though he never entered the building. Three people trying to defend their neighborhood from months of home robberies, a gun theft from a local home, and tools being stolen from job sites after Arbery was already seen multiple times on security cameras, casing the construction site for tools, and after police went door to door showing his picture and telling others to keep an eye out for Arbery. That is something completely different in my opinion.

This case sounds like the anti-lynching law that Kamala forced through right after the Smollett lie. That law actually states if any group (of I think it was 5 or more people) is gathered and any person in that group commits a crime, every person in the group can be charged as if they did the crime themselves. I guarantee you it will one day be used to falsely imprison a huge group of protestors over the actions of one person, and it won't be antifa being arrested either. There is a big difference between a group of people going out together to commit a crime and a group of people going out together to do something totally unrelated and a crime happens as a result of one or two of the people. We all know that politics are the main decider of what is and isn't a crime nowadays, not truth.

Agreed. That letter is consistent with what I saw in the video. It's hard to imagine how they got indicted, let alone convicted.

I'll stay out of that part of Georgia from now on. If they could find a jury there to convict on that evidence, even the guy shooting the video, I'll leave them alone to their social justice instincts. I want no part of it, nor to give them any of my money.

Even if that's the letter of the law, it's very disappointing that not a single member of the jury refused to come up with a reason why the law should not be applied. They didn't even have to convince anyone else, just have their own opinion.

But 12/12 had no interest in doing that.
