There are four articles that I am aware of that implicate isolation of the SARS-COV-2 virus. I think this should be its own thread to thrash it out and get to the bottom of this quandary. Here are three articles. One is from CDC, another from Nature and another from New England Journal of medicine. The articles include electron micrographs of the coronavirus.

Isolation is only one phase of Koch's postulates. I am not sure if the final phase, which is showing transmission in humans is ethical. For influenza research, you cannot ethically inject influenza into another human other than one research hospital in England.
