"When the FDA approved Pfizer’s Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccine in August, approval was accompanied by a series of confusing documents and equally confusing public statements.

One such confounding statement reads as follows:

“The licensed vaccine has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine and the products can be used interchangeably to provide the vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. The products are legally distinct with certain differences that do not impact safety or effectiveness.”

The FDA provided no explanation as to how the licensed Comirnaty vaccine and the Pfizer-BioNTech EUA vaccine could “be used interchangeably” despite having “certain differences” that make them “legally distinct.”

There are key differences between fully licensed vaccines and those authorized under EUA. EUA products are considered experimental under U.S. law. This means they cannot be mandated, and everyone has the right to refuse such vaccines without consequences.

Under 21 U.S. Code Sec.360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III), “authorization for medical products for use in emergencies,” it is unlawful to deny someone a job or an education because they refuse to be an experimental subject."

This here will be a HUGE financial loss to Pfizer. I'm willing to bet all the biontech shots given in the name of "approved" when in fact they weren't will be a tremendous lawsuit against not only Pfizer but everyone involved in pushing the clot shot.

The FDAs approval in August was for COMIRNATY was under a Biologics License Application (BLA). It is not a traditional drug.

Military leadership has foisted a sea of deception upon service members regarding this treatment. We were all told the "vaccine" was approved.

Every person in uniform who has taken the shots has taken the experimental one. None have taken the Comirnaty shot - which is not available.

The Comirnaty shot is legally and medically distinct from the EUA Pfizer treatment, according to the FDA.

Since the service members are getting an experimental shot, 10 USC 1107 applies. Lloyd Austin and Biden have not followed this law.

All valid points however the simplest explanation is often the most true.. which is... if they say the two are the same then people would be able to sue Pfizer for compensation for side effects... which is also why you can’t find comernoty in the u.s. why would they allow themselves to be sued when they can just continue to cull everyone liability free?...

They are different in that
1. You can sue the manufacturer for side effects of commernotty
2. Which is why you can’t find it in the U.S.
