i do 3 cups daily

2 cups a day with Chaga, Reishi or Turkey Tail slow brewed on the stove.

Way too much and it's killing my adrenals.

I'm to the point I can drink a cup and immediately pass out.

But Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is so Guuuud.

Too many. Easily 5 to 7 a day. I’m a victim of the best household coffe machine in the world a Miele CVA 6401

I used to drink 50 or more cups per day long time ago, now 0.

COFFEE MIMICS GLUTEN !!!!! If I drink coffee, i get Asthma for months. Tell this to anybody that is Gluten sensitive.

You can drink Instant Chicory Powder from ebay instead.

couple of Pots. why?

1 pot with a couple of shots of Jack Daniels. Get a jolt and some pain killer mixed in for good measure.

1 to 2 cups a day.. first in the morning with breakfast.. maybe one in the after noon.. infrequently if very tired.. another in the morning.

coffee can be very good for some people.

However much it takes to finish off a 1/5 of cheap Irish whiskey.

Java is one of the few things worth living for. Seriously. It was one of my first jobs, working at a wholesale roaster WAY back in the 1980s before StB took over, so I really know coffee. Back then, the bags came in wholesale from all over the world, directly. We also would get the beans green.

I had to switch to almost all decaf. I stated having severe panic attacks and rage.

My problem is it has to be scalding hot, so after a few sips it's already to cold. Paper cups keep it hotter longer but they are so wasteful and who wants to drink their coffee out of a paper cup at home.

I even go so far as to rinse the cup first with the boiling water to be sure it's clean and hot. I try to only make a half cup or less at once, then keep making fresh cups.

When I travel by car, I take my own water kettle, filters, cone and decaf. It's rare to find places that know how to make decent coffee on the road. I don't even try anymore. You have to find a real coffeeshop. Truckstops can have good coffee if the employees are keeping the coffee station fresh and cleaned up. It's kind of a toss up.

Remaining unvaxxed* has also been shown to prevent myocarditis and other heart diseases and strokes.

I also drink 1 or 2 cups a day.
But I don't think it helps prevent heart disease. It probably does cause or assist in other health problems. I should quit.

Weaned myself down to nothing now. With the war coming.

If I ever travel again, I'll bring my own pot and grinder, too.
I worked at a coffee store in NYC in the 80's, Gillies 1840, on Bleecker. John Goti came in all the time and filled up grocery bags with anything he wanted. He had his club across the street and up Sullivan a half a block.
We had a coffee pot on all day with demi tas cups for people to sample the different blends. Therefor, Gillies was where everyone stopped for a free taste. I met Dizzy Gillespie in there when he was playing next door at the Village Gate.
Coffee, Greenwich Village, and lots of weed. Those were the days.

It's the type of sweetner that will kill ya.

If your heart working depends on drinking coffee then you have a bigger problem.

One cup a day is all that I let myself have. The acid is hard on my urinary track.

Because of a sensitive stomach, I had to cut off coffee, sadly.

About 4-5 cups a day - but strong Italian coffee - Lavazza espresso.
