Im telling you,the next gold mine is austin realestate.
Austin will become a megacity.
Look where new interstate is planned.
Look where most still remaining oil resources are located.
Look where most other resources are located.
If theres an ice age,what city will survive.
Wheres the new army server located.
Wheres low taxes and private property rights most secure.
One problem,police state of mafia cops all the way to the governor.
Take that out and austin would explode in gnp.
