why?

If you were to eat a strict carnivore diet (especially raw), all or nearly all your inflammation would disappear.

Of course it’s not a high serotonin diet; but you’ll still be able to produce dopamine without any problems. In other words, you won’t get depressed, yet you also won’t exactly feel ‘alive’.

Your inflammation levels will be pretty much nada though.

Of course most plants have anti-nutrients in them but they’re still usually safer than pharma concoctions.

But like I said above, aspirin is still an big-pharma concoction.

Therefore I’d rather take my chances with white willow; or just an overall nutrient dense diet & overall healthy lifestyle combined with fasting, as to not have to depend on things like aspirin.
