Notice he doesn’t focus on the weapon he just covers the draw and pulls his own . Now obviously the criminal wasn’t trained well or he would have rocked his wrist down as he took a step back so he could clear the blocked draw . instantly when his draw was checked he could have fired right through the hand that blocked it making that a very risky maneuver . The pistol works from a distance so no reason for the clerk to place it so close after the draw. Very quick draw but not very professional IMHO . Hazmat420 |

How does the clerk know that he wouldn’t make a follow up move, or that there may be an accomplice. Justified self defense, and the path that best ensures he lives another day.
