When I was younger and we did mushrooms all the time, yes a godly amount each time

We tripped hard, felt as though we was going to die at times, but no one ever did

If we didn't die on the amount we ate I'm pretty sure you probably can't die or would have to invest a help of another to get to the point of dying

Taking them at 8pm, it was exactly 4 hours later at midnight that it began.

Laying in my bed, my body began purging any way that it could, though I couldn't vomit or shit it out. My mucous was taking on a monumental task, as was the shirt I was wearing acting as my hanky. I cried harder than I ever have. I was completely soaked with a temperature at 104 and felt like I was in a centrifuge being held against the walls by the constant spin.

I felt the life force that drives us. Is it simply electricity? All this confusion about our souls, our brains and our purpose and the closest thing I could say that actually powers us is electricity, or dielectricity. It's almost as if our heart is the battery that keeps us animated. I was shown that a brain cannot function without a heart. The heart is the key to everything, not the brain.

I lay there and felt my heart beating so quickly it began to feel more like a vibration. Like electrical arcing. This was when "I" (my life force, not my body) was taken to a crossing point. A non physical tapestry represented physically to me somehow in a 3 dimensional form. There was light on one side and pure darkness on the other. The representation and overall feeling was that this was somewhere in outer space or hyper space. This tapestry is what people would call the "fabric of reality."

I had one "foot" on one side and another on the other, flying faster than the speed of light.

Many many things began flashing before me. How my expectations of others are only holding me back. Holding my shirt in my hands, God told me "you need to give yourself the shirt off your back sometimes. Your compassion costs you much. How can you expect love from others when you cannot even love yourself?"

This melted me... And is all too true.

Altruism is great to a point, but what if there is zero reciprocation and a hollow sense of appreciation? We cannot be so held back by things we cannot change, or people.

The visual representation of time and space seemed simply like... Gravity! What holds us to our little Earth isn't what it seems either...

Hear me out. This is where it gets deep and strange.

Water!

It's all in water.

What is the ONE thing all others must respect? That can cross time and space?

A single drop.

That is what we are, drops of water, condensation on the edge of the "glass" of reality.

I felt like all I wanted to do was hug my father and apologize. My father being the water being that shed a droplet that became me. But asking for my father, I met something beyond this life. It was the warm embrace of Christ.

I just kept saying "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry!" As I wept with him. I did not see him visually represented, it was more like a distortion as I was.

I was given a choice. With one "foot" on each side of reality, the Lord told me there is still much for me to do on Earth. That there are others that need me, and that I need myself.

The gravity and water work together. Rain always falls. Water always finds the path of least resistance and permeates all. Next time you see a droplet of water running down the edge of a glass as sweat understand that that is all that ever was and ever will be in our existence. Without that one drop of water, we wouldn't be here.

And we are surrounded by it! It's everywhere. We are it and it is us. A symbiotic relationship with Earth and all the life it provides. Therefore, Earth is much more than we realize. A planet? If you want to call it that sure, but it is a seed impregnated by water, just as ovum become zygote with combination of a sperm, the drop of water.

Have you ever stopped to appreciate gravity either? To be able to plant your feet on the ground, there is no greater joy. To feel physicality and to have a place to rest. Out there beyond us, there's no place like this. All emotion occurred at once to me riding the fabric of reality and one thing I wanted more than almost any other was to just be still. To have my body held to something again.

I opened my eyes and my vision and hearing began to come back, very slowly. I remember thinking "you've one foot in Thursday while the other is in Saturday." A quite humorous thought really that turned out to be true. Where the hell did Friday go? The sound of a camera flash, the "wheeeeeeeeee" came to me and my hearing was made whole again. Then light began to come back to my eyes.

I still live with my cousin currently but will be moving soon. I had a thought that the water that brought us here came from our fathers, brothers. So I called upon my cousin and he came to me and touched my face. I instantly felt his worry, which worked in a weird way as relief. I told him I love him and I'm sorry for being so hard on him, and I thanked him for saving my life. The ibuprofen he gave me broke that horrific fever.

So the message was that while we are in a shitty part of history and we ask ourselves "why me?" we must understand that we are alive. We are animated. We have senses. We have one another. Water. A physical bond with our planet that we need as physical beings.

Though the time we are in right now may be tumultuous, tomorrow is a new day. We will never pass, though our bodies might, for we are our children. We can hope and pray and do our best at providing them the best reality.

When we die our physicality returns to the water.

How strange we ceremonially bury ourselves in ornate boxes.

Definitely some bad ones.

And probably only then.

And to all those name calling and saying this and that about whether or not I almost died, I can assure you I've had a few NDEs and this was the closest I've been. I basically got thrown back down because my dying so unexpectedly would have caused ripples of depression through my family.
