I hate that term "Jab"

Glad to hear I'm not the only one - the term 'jab' really gets my goat.

As another poster stated, I believe the term began (and may have already been in use before 'the vaccine' was unleashed on the populace) in the UK and some other Commonwealth nations. The first time I had heard the term was on some British news website and then more and more you'd start to hear it/see it written by the media here in the States and other places in the world.

Stupid term spread faster than COVID itself and now 90% of the time people use the word 'jab' instead of anything else when they're talking about the so-called 'vaccine'.

I've heard speculation that everyone else adopted the UK term because it apparently sounds less threatening than the alternatives and it also sounds 'cool' so the 'hip young folk of today' will be more likely to get it - so it was an intentional calculated thing as opposed to an organic adoption of a UK colloquialism.

But yeah every time I hear someone say 'jab' or read it in print it annoys me lol.

They stole the word "JAB" from those of us who refused to call it a vaccine and refused to let them inject us with it!

Calling it a JAB was not meant to please anyone nor sound cute!

The Brits have have used this term for a long time.
When I first heard it said, I was taken a little aback. But, it was definitely commonplace for them.

I surmised when I heard this term used here in the US, that they were signaling to us all that it wasn't REALLY a vaccine. Hence, they could get away from the "LIE" ability!
