He then accidentally pulled the trigger twice on a double action revolver with perfect aim killing that woman

Suing the ammo maker is silly nonsense.

The guy she is filing against did admit publically that his supplier gave him live reloads with same marks as the blank rounds he recieved from the same supplier.

Then after the shooting and several reported negligent discharges apparently with both live rounds and blanks, texted her that she was being set up by the assistant director wno was also involved in the incident involving the accidental death of another actor several years back.

He told her if she blamed him that he would have her back. A mysterious box of ammo marked as blanks appeared on the set that no one has claimed to be responsible for.

Especially in westerns they have used functioning weapons. For a variety of reasons, replica weapons made to resemble the real guns of the old west that really fire as people buy them. They like the flash that blanks produce in a functioning weapon.

Westerns are not as popular as they were so set guns are more modern, so they resort to the collectors market. Apparently Alec did not load the weapon either as i read he was given the gun by AD who declared it cold. Baldwin should have requested to have been shown the empty chambers but didnt
