Is there a better place to live in the USA other than Portland Oregon

P town is a total shit hole.

I left WA for FL.

Northern part of the state.

I live in Portland too. It used to be a great place to live. Hoping it gets better. I can’t move until my kids are out of school.

Florida or Texas are you only options in this country. Venezuela And Honduras in S America.

Russia and Cuba are promising.

I would never step foot in Washington, Oregon or California.

Move to Baker City. It is not complicated. Either that, or move to Boise.

The middle section of the U.S. (the flyover country) is very different from either coast. People are friendly. They work hard, raise their families, live a quiet and respectable life, visit with friends, etc. There is more freedom to be who you are here than on either coast. They are the real Americans.

Virginia is turning the corner and has finally gone back Red. Beautiful rural areas and very reasonable cost of living. Just stay away from the northern area, its a totally different world up there.

I live in SE Portland.The idiots that run this city are wrecking it on purpose. I've about had it, but where would we go? Maybe move to Oregon City if we stay.

We live just south of Portland proper. We've lived here for almost 30 years and we are selling and moving this year. Can't take it anymore.

Leave Multnomah County and you will greatly diminish the exposure to liberals and their insanity.

I have lived in Clackamas County for 50 plus years and avoid driving into Multnomah County (especially Portland) very successfully for the past 20 or so.

If I'm anywhere in Multnomah, I'm on a freeway passing thru.

Oregon city is fantastic in the outlying areas.

A very large percentage of Clackamas County people are more conservative than not.

The Vast majority of Oregonians are quite conservative.

It's mostly Portland, Salem, and an irrelevant college town that are infested with liberal vermin.

Eventually there will be a bounty on them.

We left in the late 90's for Florida. I went back twice, last time was in 2005. I will never go back. That place became freakville.

Californians moving in in the early 90's with their agenda, started it.

I don't even talk to old freinds there anymore, they have adopted the liberal attitudes that were among the reasons we left.

I would rather live in a Conoco shit house than Portland. At least there I'd nave classy neighbors!
