Pfizer states the reason is they have decided to wait until data for a three dose trial on children just 6 months old to 4 years old is complete in early April.

Brazenly, the FDA pushed Pfizer and Moderna to apply for approval before the trial was complete and before the companies themselves were ready to submit a safety approval application.
