That could explain a lot. He is after all 69 years old, although he uses Botox to appear younger. They say he is germaphobic and acts as if he is immunocompromised. Certain chemotherapy treatments certainly play havoc with the immune system. A Putin facing his own mortality might certainly explain the current situation, and his degree of instability and anger.

That could explain a lot. I read his face and physiognomy two days back. Puffy face, shows symptoms of illness. Eyes also a little dull, as though on heavy medication of some type. I like Putin, and that photo I mentioned on another thread was disheartening to suddenly see. Especially in this unstable era.
