Will Russia Launch Cyber Attacks against USA?

My simple opinion based on current information (like the CBS News Article in post 1) is that it is likely that YES Russia could launch cyber attacks.

Will the CIA ever find a better way to influence brain owning Americans for example with truth rather than trying to persuade them through subterfuge type bullshit?
