OMB date is the date the SEC created the delisting Form 25. This form was completed by Pfizer and submitted yesterday. I provided the link to the actual SEC filing by Pfizer. Here is the Acceptance by the SEC. This is real, valid and now accepted.It become effective in 10 days. March 18th $PFE is no more.
