I don't believe on that, because it would just ruin the thrill for them. They need a pretty, organic, "garden dumb and dog friendly" world to have their hellfire club in, or its just as common, base, ugly, ignorant, pathetic and droll as everybody else. If commoners are acting like them, everything goes to crap for all concerned and the flavor goes flat in their wine.
That's why I don't believe they will really make nahsty "California world", they will just reduce everybody to grubbing again, so the survivors are practical and anything like "jackazz" just looks despicable. Causing survival relationships instead of sex&drug materialism ones to dominate again.
