We don't need plastic technology because we can do the things technology enables us here to do.

On the higher levels we do not truly understand just how sick this world is. If we only saw half of what truly goes on in this world it would make us sick to our stomach...sigh. We've reached this threshold many times in the time loop only for it to restart all over again. Not this time. I won't let it. We are not alone. The whole universe is watching because what happens to us here affects all of them as well. They cannot evolve past a certain point if humanity does not heal. To heal they need a conducive environment and this environment here is one of false light and darkness. You cannot let your guard down here and that means you cannot fully express your divine blueprint.

Yes drugs do open your shell to easier possession by fallen entities but the bloodline he's in already do rituals to specifically host the higher echelon of those same entities. This is why Heimdall wants us to reconnect our physical manipulated selves to the EArth...this is not the real EArth. This is the one En.Ki/EA Lucifer claimed as his own in the beginning. It is but a simulation and these shells are like holographic projections from their own programming. You may feel all good connecting with the EArth, but go deeper see things for what they are. They may dress things up in pretty words to fool you...I will not.
