I mean, because I could be in one of my half in, half out states, a bomb is falling, killing people, and I have no awareness of such.
Am I not to have awareness of such happening?....omg, it's causing me grief, and I want to understand how I'm supposed to go forward....and my expanded self says this, again....it seems to be becoming their mantra to me lately--
"Let go of it"
And what's so damn funny, is that has been MY mantra, saying to others to let go, and now I'm having it put in my face....

Matrix or not, we expand from this very small part of the vast whole reality to a bit more of the whole reality when we become more caring, kind, compassionate, benevolent, and respectful to each other and everything. A return to our true nature.
Interesting that you mentioned your body is not doing well. As we return more to our true nature and sincerely become a receiver and transmitter of love, the multi-dimensional energy fields in and around us coordinates to benevolently raise the vibration of our DNA and cellular structure. That means the body now has greater ability to self heal of illnesses for better health, live longer, and have more control of our life.
All accomplished by shifting to higher vibration/consciousness. In higher consciousness, we don't get our buttons pressed so easily when we encounter adversities. In fact, what we once saw as our adversity or suffering are now seen as blessed and grateful lesson opportunities to gain greater wisdom and maturity to further raise our vibration and consciousness.
What that all means is that we are immensely grateful to be alive here exploring and experiencing. More able to see the grandness and wonderments of this world, instead of seeing this world as a hell hole or a soul trap as some would say. No longer will we feel like a victim in this world, and start to realize our true magnificence and see the bigger picture.
Good to keep in mind, dark entities and diseases are in low vibration which can not attach to anything in higher vibration.
