IF the House and Senate push through a VETO PROOF bill then ANY President is not responsible because it's irrelevant if the President signs it or not. At that point it's the majority party in the House that is responsible. So since (D) controlled spending when the $6.2 trillion VETO PROOF bill was passed, Trump had ZERO say in the matter. His signature wasn't needed. (D)'s get credit for that spending bill since they controlled spending. Right now, (D)'s control spending again with a majority in the House and Senate. So if they pass a VETO PROOF bill then you can't say it's Biden's fault. You can only say it's Democrats fault (which happens to be Biden's party). BULLSHIT Trump could have refused to sign anything.
