They pretty much killed flip phones when they shut down 3G service. I would say they plan to kill off the non trackable phones as tech advances.

100% true. you see in Ukraine they already have the digital passport with health pass.

then theres the corona apps obviously. the paper QR codes wernt given out at the start

all big IT companies are integrating 2 factor authentication.

at my job everyone has to have a smartphone for over a year now.
(apart for 1 person everyone already had one. and that one person got one.)

microsoft intune etc...

also our banks come with their own 2 way authentication. but crypto platforms just make you use smart phone apps or sms.
and how long will sms last?
