seems like there is no way, I can just paint over what is already up there ... I'm ok with the "antique white" it's almost a lite golden color - just not going to use it on my wood work, which looks great in brilliant white - and I thought might look even better in hi gloss this time around... but definitely not piss white LOL -- I can't take it back because I didn't even drag it out of the closet for six months ... got busy putting up a copper colored tin ceiling in the kitchen ... that looks fantastic with my copper sink
