I don’t know but after I eat spicy food, I definitely feel better. The only thing that makes me skeptical, is the fact that Mexicans are in such terrible health. They should be one of the healthiest nations.

Without looking into it again ya something like cancer is mucus and the heat from hot peppers can help melt it away or something?

I have come to believe this is true and now put hot sauce on just about everything I eat. I've been doing this for months and I feel fantastic. Huy fong hot sauce in particular goes well with everything.

Booger you have any recommendations on the hot sauce front in terms of health? I have ghost pepper sauce I use to heat up other hot sauces but I'm curious if you have one you eat all the time?

I eat salsa occasionally. I prefer not to eat it all the time. Most people find their tolerance from peppers increases as they eat it more often. So my concern is that if I needed it to fight off cancer, I might be numb to its effects if I ate it too often.

Wow! I take a hot pepper supplement every day to help lower blood pressure, plus two just before I go to the doctor for a checkup. Within an hour or so it will lower your pressure by quite a bit.

I'm glad you brought this up. I live in New Mexico. It is the legit Chile pepper capital of the world. We put chile on everything. And I mean everything. Our fucking McDonald's serves green chile hamburgers. We have red and green chile jam. You get the point. But the Hispanic population here tend to get a rare form of cancer that they have traced back to a certain middle eastern ancestor we cant mention here.

No matter how much chile you eat in your life, in the end it will not save you from your own DNA.
