Why is everyone content with feeling like they've already died, and living in a dead society with no hope or future?

The first half of the 20th century, well before the era of CERN, saw galloping amounts of leftism or ultra-liberalism destroy entire nations.

Unless CERN causes humans to somehow become greedy, inhumane, unethical, mean-hearted liberals/leftists, I don't think that's to blame.

A lot of times the reason people get bogged down in the status quo is bc it seems like the whole thing is fucked so they don’t see the little things that they can do as being part of the bigger solution. Like planting a garden, being kind to others, teaching others how to strengthen themselves instead of exploiting the obvious weakness in others, following through with their word, jury nullification of unjust laws, non compliance with things we know are wrong etc. Little things in many people add up to big changes.

Bullseye OP, I've been feeling like this since 2011, it's been increasing to the point where I have zero hope in humanity, and that made me lost the will of being good, better, or fixing anything.

By the other hand, since I despise most of these clowns, I don't have the interest of making them like me in return, so I don't need to respect, nor justify myself to them.

Because don't you see? All these groups and subgroups are the good guys... They are fighting for what is right for the collective, not to gain advantages and exploit each other, this is why the world is so pleasant to live nowadays.

I started noticing the social fabric of the country was falling apart in 2019. It was happening earlier than that time frame, but it became really markedly apparent that times had changed.

20 years ago, you could have a conversation with someone and they would listen, mutual understanding was possible. Now, for some reason or another, people don't listen anymore. They are so self-absorbed, and so contentious, that the social fabric of trust has been destroyed. You used to be able to trust priests, teachers, police men, businessmen. Now those same professions are demonized in the media and everyone is super skeptical of these people because of so much scandal.

I saw it most markedly in my career working with business owners. Something has changed, and I think it has been a slow, gradual process. But the friction is real. Nothing functions like it is supposed to function, and turmoil abounds. It is really strange.

Of course GLP is depressed.
They still believe in Trump.

I'm sure that many of us don't want everything destroyed.

Take solace knowing the dark is so desperate that they don't even bother hiding their evil agenda anymore.

We are in very rare times in which humanity has a greater propensity to evolve and treat each other better. The biggest blockade to our spiritual growth is fear, which divides us and makes us hate each other.

Nothing scares the dark more than when we are united in love.

Don't ask God to destroy everything. Ask God to awaken more people to higher consciousness and not choose darkness.

God respects our free will to freely choose, and so will unobtrusively assist us with our spiritual growth but not be doing the homework for us.

The onus is on us to choose through free will to drop the old harmful ways and change for the better . Only when we choose to change willingly will the change be more permanent.

God waits with immense patience for us to grow up.

These recent times are chaotic because the dark wants to keep us dwelling in victimhood, feeling helpless and hopeless for easier control and manipulation. It is what masters do their slaves.

The dark knows about the oncoming of light, and are doing their evilest to hold onto their dwindling power. This is the WW3, a battle between low and high consciousness. A battle that sometimes will appear the dark is winning because they will fight back with all their might, but ultimately light will be more prevalent and the new normal.

Don't fall for the trap set up by the dark to keep us in fear and victimhood.

Where do you live? I've heard there are places where things are still somewhat normal.
