Message just says "We're having connection trouble. Please try again. Your funds are safe."
Yeah, I feel real fucking safe with that shitshow of a company. I hold my btc in a cold wallet, but will be deleting my bank info from Coinbase as soon as those morans allow me to log in. Dammit!
