I've been flipping it on binance.com against BUSD, it's very risky because who knows if they halt trading again and then it dumps while you can't get out of the trade

don't trade it, they're gonna fork their blockchain to a point before the attack, any luna coins bought/sold after that are gonna disappear into the ether. So exchanges will halt it, and the coins will vanish from your account.
