even if they could have used contact tracing to contain it, MP would hide, re-infect someone in the household , and start over. they needed to educate the public better. how many ppl think hand sanitizers kill viruses? even here on GLP , let alone out in the public?

MP can hide too long and too well. it will pop back up now and then. like next year when someone puts on their summer flip flops. our health depts. never did a good job of tracing with covid. they were always behind 2 weeks or so. by the time they started listing ppl from an initial outbreak,say a church, the virus had spread from those ppl 2 more layers. so from the contact person to the next and from that next person to another.


way it looks, the CDC has ppl thinking they can just cover the sores and walk around. that won't stop the MP.

how serious do we want to b to get rid of the MP? do we go to "strict measures"?? lock ppl up with sores? this would mean schools and workplaces. ever see a movie where a hospital has a deadly outbreak? they lock everyone in til they figure out what it is and treat everyone inside. u'd have to do that for schools and workplaces. so locked in for 3 weeks or til they all get the MP vax shots. will the ppl accept that?

was watching a movie bout an outbreak of plaque in NYC in modern era. 1992 film. if the info was accurate,i'm not an expert, then NYC would b finished and the plague is curable.

according to the movie, meds have to b given in the 1st 24 hrs of infection. the symptoms start as a sore throat or flu. the meds is a 5 day treatment. most ppl would quit going since they felt better after a cpl doses. even NYC isn't ready to give the whole population shots every day for a week. city would b half dead before they could give them all just 1 shot, the 1st dose.

in the movie, they did get control of the outbreak. not reality thou. several mistakes. patient 0 only infected ppl on an airplane and 1 immigrant in the city. the ppl those contacts infected didn't spread it farther. nor did the med staff art the hospital except to their families at home. how many ppl would the medical workers go by on the way home? subways, diners, just walking down the street? other patients at the hospital? total dead 22.

we saw the reality with covid. how many ppl ran around freely while having the virus? the 1st supposed case in WASH state had traveled home cross the state from the airport. there were stories some made it to Chicago. even with EBOLA, ppl didn't isolate themselves. remember the 1 in New England that ordered pizza? or the Houston outbreak where a nurse flew up north? the health dept doesn't report to the ppl fast enuf and doesn't tell the truth but dumbs down info to make ppl think they have control even if they don't.

based on how reality would play out- deaths would b near 10 before any health dept started to think they had an outbreak. CDC would take days more to verify. a full epidemic would b spreading for a week before anyone started to find it and stop it. in the case of plague, the outbreak would b all in metros not just NYC by that point. ppl fly from 1 to the others every hour of every day. let alone drive in/out of the cities.

so far, MP isn't spreading thru droplets or airborn nor is it deadly. if it mutates to those, we're beyond screwed.

many countries can't test as fast as others. that is how i came up with the 5 times counts for some countries, like BRAZIL early on. combined with the lack of testing to women or children, true cases are over 150,000. at .1% deaths, we have 150. granted most of those would b in poorer countries due to lack of meds.

using that, i predicted locally we'd see 5 cases by July 4th since we already had our 1st travelor with MP. took an extra month and a half to get the 5 cases in surrounding counties. and we do not have any #'s for the northern PA counties at all.

did the MP slow down as some think or did they disregard some ppl and not test them? did the health dept vax the close contacts or others in the household? since they don't have enuf vaccine for NYC, do u think they'll test elsewhere to panic the ppl? nope. shhh it will b everywhere before they admit it is spreading.

Is there any way covid and mpox and everything else could just be a cover for fuku? I mean that eq guy DS said he believes fuku was faked don't know why he thinks that. What would be the fuku symptoms showing this many years later? Would we not be starting to hit the peak?

If it was radiation-related, it wouldn't have broken out at a gay festival in the Canary Islands and stayed confined to gays for the first couple months as gays, while more likely to get lots of diseases than the rest of us, are not more likely to suffer from radiation poisoning.
