Military Vax Mandate Order Illegal - Navy Board Decides for Officer

The COMRNATY approved vax wasn't available, just the experimental vax. So USC 10 ch. 1107 applied, and OBiden didn't do anything in that list of mandatory actions to foist an experimental drug on our military.

"Any service member who has been in the military for more than six years is entitled to the board for due process. In the Navy, the board's recommendation on whether to retain or separate (another term for firing) a member of the service is binding."

If you know of any service member who is getting kicked out over the vax mandate, and they have over six years in, they should demand a separation hearing.

They will need a good civilian lawyer, and not the pathetic Area Defense Counsel which is free from the military.

So does this mean the Navy can be sued and bankrupted? Perhaps all "leadership" (we all know nowadays to get into "leadership" one just bobs the knob of the puppetmasters) get ejected from the department WITHOUT pension/benefits and time in the Spa?

Trump did not order any military member to get vaccinated. He said it was there for those that wanted to use it.

Biden is the “president” that ordered his Secretary of Defense to force it upon all military servicemen and women. He also ordered it on all healthcare workers, firefighters, policemen and women, teachers, and any business with over 100 employees.

Biden also ordered all government employees to be vaccinated unless they worked for the White House, Congress, FBI, CIA, FDA, CDC, FEMA, NIH, and NSA.

Biden ordered that no veteran could enter a VA facility without being vaccinated.

The "best" that Biden did was an executive order declaring "government employees" take the jab, but no specific letter demanding the military take it.

The exemption process was a farce from the beginning.

I know this from staff members at the 2 star level who said the exemptions were going to be slow-rolled. This was before the mandate order was issued to the troops.

I left the service right after that, partly due to what I heard them saying. They wanted their lower leadership to lie to their troops.

Indeed, everything they said to the troops was a lie about the jab.

No, it wasn't. Trump's policy was and is optional vaccines for those who want them.

Sadly, no. It just applies to this Navy Lt. But it does show what an honest board comes up with when presented with facts.

My guess is the Pentagon leadership will lie and deny until the cows come home, like they did with agent orange or Gulf War syndrome. The cost of telling the truth will destroy their budget, prestige, and power.

By the same reasoning it may be unlawful for private companies to threaten employees with firing to take the emergency use authorized vaxx

The real reason behind the military mandate, I believe, is a purge of upstanding conscientious military members.

That's also why so many federal departments have been starting databases for civil servants who claim religious exemptions. Why military members are denied religious exemptions and then forced out.

Obama-Biden wants them gone from the government and military. Like yesterday.
