Find a weed dispensary.

Or a friend who knows a friend who grows natural weed.

Ask for Delta 8(legal)with a high indica content than sativa.

Sativa=happier/euphoric high
Indica=sleepy/stoned high

Never smoked pot until six months ago for very much the same reasons.

A friend said I should try it instead of chemicals for a sense of well being.

I only smoke a little a few hrs before bedtime.

God the stress just melts away!

And definitely sleep well!

Good luck and do your homework on canabis.

Natural is way better!
