No one can eat well on $4 per day nor should they pretend they can. I like the concept of managing food cost and recipes but F off with the "eat WELL on $4 a day" bit. You can't eat hardly any meat on that, you are stuck with a LOT of bad carbs (like pizza dough? fuck off). Veggies even at the fucking farmers market are goddamn $4 per day.
