If that is the case, it is their duty to challenge and ignore those orders. If they choose to enforce, they will be sued and lose in court (eventually). Say a private bakery doesn’t want to provide services to certain customers or private doctors choose to not provide certain services, it should be their right. I think the people deserve some clarification up front though. Seizing and destroying someone else’s personal property because of a rule made up on the fly is not ok. People should be forewarned and given the opportunity to take their business to another service provider who they can trust. |

The store owner refused to ship any gun related items, but if that package was sealed, he couldn’t open it even if he knew those items were inside. Many people got around his personal policy by claiming the gun parts were different items. They would write something else in the description/contents box on the forms. The UPS guy that I had a great relationship with turned into a total Karen after that delivery...always making snarky comments when I'd sign for future deliveries. It doesn't surprise me they're going this route if they have a bunch of manginas working for them. |
