If you really are though, and you don’t notice the gang stalkers, picture how annoyed they’d be.

I used to tell this to crazies all the time.

Your probably not a target, but some people are and don't think like that so I guess they just put up with 'this crazy world'. Its possible he saw events assembling themselves around you as appearing artificial, if he's perceptive and uninhibited, and concerned for your well being, he might approach you. He musta liked the cut of your jib.

Its also possible he is the one being gang stalked . and as he is a little psychologically variant, or not functioning efficiently on all levels, adapting as expected to the matrix's wishes, he is the one with the problem, and needs to talk about it.

And he approached you in this manner because you would say hes crazy if he told you the stuff that he is experiencing. Like "hey doc, my good buddy has this itchy rash on his dick, but he's too embarrassed to ask for help, what should he do?"

He still could be a little crazy, AND gang stalked; the whole point of stalking is to bring variant personalities into line, those who have a potential to see things differently, a threat to the matrix. They do this actually to drain their chaotic energy, if in case he has an extra energy potential to escape the matrix. But not using it efficiently, hes becoming a thorn in their side.

The thing is, we reflect people, and in an inefficient world, we reflect inefficiency of others. Its the way we socialize, we share a group identity. If hes black, well...maybe hes been harassed too much which knocked him sideways, and now hes acting out a bit, in an inefficient manner.

But believing in the fairness of man, because is projecting his fairness onto others, who aren't fair, he is experiencing the cognitive dissonance of created by other peoples issues. Hes told hes equal, but doesn't feel the love, doesn't get hired etc.

Sometimes in empathy, we get discombobulated by their intense energy and actions. We can go sideways a bit- we have the potential for deploying our energy efficiently to our own best interests for self preservation, but we ave to recognize our power.
