How many times have CERN started up Again? Every week there's new threads about CERN starting up again / going to mega ultra full power this time, etc? And there's always a "this is it folks" type warning. Has the damn thing got a bad stutter? Or has the scientists there got dementia, so they're not sure when its supposed to start up, or if they already did, or how many times this past few months they did?
