My partner and I both caught Covid in May. The worst of the symptoms for us, was over in about 3-5 days. I had a lingering annoying cough up until maybe last week but may have partly been allergies.

As someone with asthma and prone to terrible chest colds..I was scared of getting Covid. That fear is gone now that I’ve caught it and recovered.

I did not take any supplements or weird gels. Just Advil and throat lozenges.
