I saw that shit for the first time last night and below that was the stars in spiral mode like Fibonacci method.
That grid is enormous. But as I was flying, I felt a magnet that was pulling me up and I fought against it to go back to the floor. It's like a bug zapper.

this is terrible advice propagated by new age bullshit that has no bearing on what is actually going on. For starters you need to lower your frequency to theta state and beyond to properly detach consciousness before you can properly raise the vibration of your consciousness. The amount of effort that is put into stopping you from leaving by non physicals is insane and cannot be combatted with just "thinking some positive thoughts"
