I’ve had crazy vivid dreams since my vax 8 months ago but the one last night was the scariest so far

I was sitting on a couch watching tv with a cat
Someone was standing in front of me with a syringe to inject the cat with some sort of food supplement but injected me instead twice in the abdomen.
The person injecting me strangely changed from my sister to someone else.
There was blood pouring through my shirt after the injection.

As I walked away I noticed a lump forming on my abdomen.
The weirdest part I’ll never forget then was penises and sores started to form too around the same area. I was so freaked out it seemed so real that I wasn’t dreaming. My first thought looking down at my abdomen was a doctor can help me.

Then my stomach started to tear, the penises and sores started to melt away and my guts were half hanging out.

I walked through another room and there was a man with a big stapler gun.
I asked him for help and he shot lots of staples at my abdomen from a distance closing the wound.

Another nightmare followed where I knifed someone in the head who broke into my house and left dead dogs lying around.

What did this vax do to my conscience?
