Not a violation of the deal. They blew up a military warehouse near the port. Odesa's ports are split into 3 sections due to geogrpahy. Besides Russia only agreed to the deal because the UN threatened to send a peace keeping force into the black sea if they didn't. This would have severely hampered Russia naval strike capabilities, as well as expose Russia to a potential international incident that may provoke actual military alliances, like NATO. |

More like Putin was trolling the NATO/UN and had no intentions of allowing wheat to be shipped abroad. Turkey's erdogan and Putin are now comrades. In a war of attrition, NATO will win hands down. China could tip the scales for Russia but not without risks to its own communist regime. Time will tell. |
